_ Payment
Online payment is through Paypal, where you can be confident your payment will be dealt with securely. You do not need a Paypal account to make a purchase. You may pay by credit card through the Paypal/Credit Cards option, or you may use an existing Paypal account. Cheque payments will also be accepted, please email me for the postal address and payee details. Items will not be despatched until cheques have been cleared. I am also able to take credit card payments over the telephone.
Prices
Prices are all shown in GBP inclusive of VAT and postage. Prices displayed throughout this website were accurate at the time of publication and may change at any time..
Purchase of Products
When you place an order you will be sent an acknowledgement by email. We will contact you if there are any problems with your order. You may cancel your order within 7 days. If the item has been dispatched simply return it to us for a full refund.
Delivery Times and Rates
Orders will be despatched within one to three working days when in stock.For bespoke and personalised items made to order, please allow up to 10 working days, but please let me know if you require the items sooner.
You will receive a confirmation email notifying you when the order has been posted.
All items will arrive in a presentation gift box.
UK Delivery: Orders will be despatched by Royal Mail first class, at a cost of £2.
International Delivery: Items may be delivered outside the UK at my discretion.Please contact us directly to discuss shipping costs and methods.
Returns
If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, items can be returned for a full refund, excluding original postage charges, (unless items are damaged in which case a full refund including postage will apply), providing the following conditions are met:
Please email me initially to let me know the reason you wish to return the item.
Items should be returned within 7 days of receipt, in the original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging, using the same postage method by which you received the item. The customer is responsible for return postage charges.
Unfortunately I am unable to accept returns of earrings, unless faulty, for hygiene reasons.
Items which have been altered in any way to the customer’s specifications are also non refundable.
